Hi, I’m John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you’re listening to Share Life Today.
What's keeping you from sharing the Gospel? Are you afraid that people won't take the time to have a Gospel conversation with you? Well, one of the neat things I’ve gotten to see over the years is what we at EE call “Divine Appointments.” The Holy Spirit is already drawing people to Himself, and when we step out in faith to share the Gospel, we get to be part of it. And people are open. In fact, they are looking for hope! And God promises He’ll be with us. In Matthew 9:35, Jesus said, "The harvest is plentiful", and two thousand years later, it remains true. There are people around us every day that God has specifically placed so that we can share with them. And God’ll take our fears and turn them around for His glory. So don't let your fears keep you from witnessing to others, the Lord will provide the opportunities if you'll only ask!
