    Sibasis Panda is a corporate leader, a community volunteer and a student of the human spirit.

    In this episode Leaders of Tomorrow, host Melanie Taddeo asks Sibasis what defines leadership and what should today’s youth focus on.

    “Spend 2/3 of your time asking and 1/3 of your time telling,” according to Sibasis. He explains that this focus on listening helps empower a team and helps members of a team feel that they belong.

    Among the wealth of advice that Sibasis so graciously offers: “Your job as a leader,” he explains, “is not to have all the right answers, but to ask the right questions.”
