Confidence Session 3: I Am Connected

Part of The Confidence Sessions — a twelve-week summer series on Girl, Choose Yourself.

This week's session is about the truth that we are not separate. From each other, from life, from the harmony at the heart of everything. It's about choosing to see through the lens of possibility, holding compassion for others and for yourself, and understanding that as you help others rise, you rise too.

How to use this session: Save this episode. Listen every day for the next seven days. Morning is a beautiful time — before the day begins and before anyone else's agenda has reached you. Last thing at night is equally powerful, letting the words settle into you as you drift toward sleep.

Some days it will land immediately. Some days it will take a few listens. That's the practice.
