Has your confidence and self-worth been shattered? Do you question if you're to blame for the abuse? Do you feel lost, stuck, and unsure how to move forward? Tired of constantly doubting yourself and wondering if you’ll ever feel whole again?

I’m so glad you’re here! This podcast will help you heal from the effects of narcissistic abuse so you can rebuild your confidence and self-worth and finally experience peace, joy, and emotional stability.

Hey, I’m Tekyia. A mom and survivor of narcissistic abuse. For years, I carried the weight of guilt and shame, feeling like a failure, convinced something was wrong with me. My confidence was gone. My self-worth? Non-existent. And I couldn’t see a way forward. I tried therapy, self-help books, motivational pep talks. But nothing brought real change until I realized that true healing from narcissistic abuse requires both God’s truth and practical tools that restore the mind and emotions, not just surface fixes. Now I’m here to share the truth and tools that bring real healing…the kind that restores your mind, renews your confidence, and anchors your worth in God’s truth. If you’re ready to start living with peace, confidence, and freedom this podcast is for you!

So take a deep breath. You have permission to exhale now. Let’s heal for real.

  • 06 | Why Covert Narcissists Hate Boundaries And What That Reveals About Your Healing
    2025/12/18

Does every boundary you set turn into an argument, guilt trip, or emotional meltdown?

Do you feel unsafe or guilty the moment you say "no"?

Have you ever wondered why such small limits cause such big reactions?

In this episode, I'm breaking down why covert narcissists react so strongly to your boundaries and what their resistance reveals about your healing. You'll learn why boundaries threaten their control (it's not about the boundary itself — it's about their loss of access to you), why their reaction is NOT your responsibility, and how their pushback is actually confirmation you're changing and growing. If boundaries feel scary, this episode will give you clarity, empowerment, and peace. Related Episodes:

    2025/12/15

Do you say “yes” when everything in you is begging to say “no”?

Do you feel guilty for having needs, limits, or preferences?

Do you feel responsible for keeping everyone comfortable even when it hurts you?

In this episode, I’m breaking down why people pleasing is not your personality; it’s a trauma response. You’ll learn why boundaries feel terrifying after narcissistic abuse, how your nervous system learned to equate “no” with danger, and three practical boundary tools you can start using right away. If you’ve ever felt guilty, selfish, or scared for protecting your peace, this episode will help you understand yourself with more compassion and finally take your power back.

    2025/12/11

Do you feel disconnected from God and unsure if you can trust Him again?

Does praying feel empty, scary, or like “what’s the point”?

Have you been carrying silent anger, disappointment, or confusion toward God?

You'll learn why your ability to trust God has been shattered (and it's not your fault), how doubt is actually keeping you stuck instead of protecting you, and simple steps you can take to rebuild trust in God one small moment at a time. If you've been struggling to pray, struggling to believe, or feeling isolated from God — this episode will help you understand that you don't need perfect faith to move forward. You just need to take one small step. And God is ready to meet you there.
