Jonathan shares the remarkable story of Blackwood Hall, the Colonel's home of 25 years and the original headquarters of Kentucky Fried Chicken, and the Settle family, hand-selected by the Colonel himself to carry on his legacy. From a mysterious handwritten recipe with 11 herbs and spices (and the 2001 lawsuit it sparked with KFC) to his 1956 day planner, engraved pressure cooker, and photo albums from his travels to Japan, these artifacts have been preserved in place, untouched, for five decades.
