Sometimes the barriers men face on their fatherhood journey go beyond the parent-child relationship. Lynne Hammond, Parent Educator Program Coordinator with Focus on Fathers, explains her role in connecting men with supportive services and dives into how she teaches co-parents to work together in a healthy way.

Focus on Fathers is a Philadelphia-based program that helps fathers, stepfathers and other male caregivers ages 18 years and older develop and maintain healthy relationships with their children. We provide free parenting and co-parenting education classes, case management, job-seeking support and referrals to community resources.
