What does it really mean to be in your highest vibration?
In this episode of Women in Bloom, we move past the buzzwords and talk about what high vibrational states actually feel like: clear-minded, hopeful, light-bringing, and spacious. We explore how our inner world and outer environments shape our energy.
We reflect on how our highest vibration isn’t about being positive all the time, but about having enough clarity and space to show up as ourselves. We also talk honestly about what pulls us out of that state.
Together, we discuss how to lovingly approach another sister when she’s operating from a lower vibrational place—without judgment, fixing, or self-abandonment. And just as importantly, we name the wisdom in knowing when to step back, create breathing room, and protect our own spaciousness, even when our hearts want to stay.
We also touch on navigating low vibrational energy at work, how it shows up, and how to stay grounded without dimming your light or shrinking yourself.
This conversation is an invitation to notice what lifts you, what weighs you down, and how to move through the world with clarity, compassion, and care—for yourself and for each other.
