During my darkest days last year, I had one stalwart. For the last seven years I have been keeping an on-going document of all of my personal channeling; prophecies, predictions, words from spirit & my guides. Watching how their whispers and promises fell into place has developed my faith in a way that I cannot put into words. I have seen myself years into the future receiving what I have now, I have witnessed miracles several times over, and have come to depend on spirit as a trusted anchor when there was no one else, and hope seemed foolish. When spirit tells me something will come to pass, no matter how illogical it may seem from my current view point, I would be remiss not to trust it. However, occasionally I still fall into anxiety and self doubt. The good news here for us all is, spirit is not one of judgment or dogma, but one of grace, and will always stand with you wherever you are in your emotional process, and STILL bring about what is promised, whether you doubt or not.

I created this intuitive meditation as a way to dip your toe in, and begin to receive the information you need. Create your own document or journal and write down what you see, hear, feel, know, and sense. The key here is to suspend judgment and have the patience to allow what you receive to unfold - whether in life (as a prophecy) or in pausing the mind’s reactive stories in order for spirit to show you the proper interpretation. Doubt is allowed always, but as you begin to experiment and test with your intuition, the doubt will be replaced with faith and the recognition that you have always had the answers the whole time.

It came to my attention that knowing how to access your spirit guide(s) was an absolute for beginning to trust the trajectory of one’s life in historic times of great change. This meditation will walk you through your higher self’s inner sanctuary, introduce you to your spirit guides, give you glimpses into who you are, and why you’re here on Earth. There is also a mini pick-an-object reading by me at the very end. Always try to do psychic meditations like this when you are in an emotionally neutral space, always relax your mind, and allow observation to rule rather than judgment. 2025, what a year….and we’re only 16 days in. I was planning to do a large scale annual reading, as I’ve been trepidatiously eye-balling the astrology of this year since around 2021, but unsurprisingly, spirit had a different agenda. When I feel a message try to push it’s way from the spirit world earthside, I begin to sense the air around me shift, it often feels like fluttering of wings around my face, and fills me with anticipation mixed with an urgency to find an uninterruptible space where I can discover what imprint of wisdom is on its way.

Once I received the message and recorded it, I waited a week. I tried to re-record it, but nothing came. I almost didn’t put it out. There was something about the “reunion of souls” prophecy (that I also received in December of 2020 during a client reading, later to forget all about it), and the foretelling coming again this month that made me slightly hesitant. As I pondered whether or not I should post the reading, I randomly picked up my phone. All of a sudden a video of an elder shaman (who I don’t follow and had never seen before) who studied with Don Miguel Ruiz (of The Four Agreements) popped up on my phone, speaking about an ancient South American prophecy of ancient souls coming back to Earth at this time. I was in shock that this news was already known perhaps hundreds of thousands of years ago, and that this was the same message I keep receiving. It was confirmed, and the time in history was now. That was my sign.

I’ve found this sense of doubt recently creeping in at unlikely moments. Yesterday I was teaching meditation through the lens of trusting oneself to my daughter’s 6th grade class, when I internally decided that what I was teaching was not helpful or translating to this age group. I continued my mini lecture and spoken meditation until completion, already set on defeat. I was anticipating my daughter meeting me in the hall afterwards, acknowledging it was a flop, but a good try. To my surprise, when I had finished, I was met with girls crying from their experience, asking if they could go back into the meditation, gleeful sharing, and asking me to please come back. The session was concluded by the girl in the class my daughter thinks of as “cold” initiating a group hug. I even received a text from a parent afterward thanking me for taking the time to work with them.

Lately, I’ve been peppered with clients who are also experiencing self doubt, coming up in places and situations where they should feel confident or at least comfortable. I asked spirit where this self-doubt is coming from, and why it’s here. Their answer: “self doubt is coming through because you and others are on the precipice of big changes. You are being tested, and about to push through to something more. This will happen in any area of life when you are on the brink of transformation. The answer? Sink your teeth into the doubt and press forward anyway. Do not give an inch. Be resolute in your desires. You will have confidence the moment you lean into faith and action.” I suppose this makes sense with the amount of times I hear spirit saying “have faith and trust, trust, trust” in each reading. I suppose that’s what we desperately need, especially this year!

I have a new spirit guide who started coming through to me last year. I didn’t understand the full picture of why he was here until he visited again this month. A few days ago he began sending me words in a language I don’t speak. I had to use Google Translate to interpret. After translating, I was so moved I began to cry. The words he spoke to me are the fruit and harvest of a prophecy I received in 2021 in Colorado, and needed the answers from in this present moment. This wild story is for another day, but the reason I bring it up here is that spirit has been asking me to create a deep meditation - personal reading on what guide is working with you this year and what gifts and knowledge they are bringing you that will help sustain you right now. They are saying it is so necessary as we move through these big changes in the world, and will be the medicine and truth you need as you develop trust and faith in yourself, your guides, and the universal plan. For several years, myself, and most of my regular clients have received messages that pertain to a massive rebirth, a bonus life, or a book of life closing and new book of life opening.

In 2021 I was told that this process would be completed when Saturn transits Aries, which begins in May. I was instructed that this November 1st, we will send off our past with love and respect and set intention for our new life to come. In a way it’s a funeral, and in another sense it’s a spell to aid the transformation of a new self as it begins to hold capacity for the new world to come. There will be a reading and channelling session and a candle alter lit with all of your intentions hand written on that day. It’s the perfect timing for such an act. When I think of the Scorpio Taurus axis, I think of the Garden of Eden and the haunted mansion at Disneyland. I think of heaven and hell, Persephone and Hades, or the Charles Dickens novel, Great Expectations.

In the 1998 film adaptation of the book Great Expectations, we have the illustration of this axis in the once lavish gardens and sprawling estate of Paradiso Perduto or “lost paradise” represented by Taurus, that has fallen into extreme neglect and disrepair (think Grey Gardens) represented by Scorpio. We have Finn, a young artist being raised in poverty whose life is transformed by other people’s money (Scorpio 8th house), either through an exchange with Nora Dinsmoor, the owner of Paradiso Perduto, or through a surprise inheritance from an escaped convict Finn aided in his youth. Finn’s life is changed drastically as he finally receives the good karma from his past and is able to pursue his own personal heaven, monetary success in the art world. At the end of the film, Finn is given a chance at a new timeline (a promise his heart always held out for), where he is able to revive, forgive, and transform the past in a way that is new and abundant.

The archetype of the Taurus Scorpio axis has always played the largest role in my life. I am Taurus sun, Scorpio earth in Human Design, and I have a stellium in the 2nd and 8th houses in my tropical birth chart. When I was young, my family’s life felt abundant, adventurous, sparkling, and desirable. When I grew up, I watched my family descend into chaos with mental illness, neglect, and frequent disasters, losing much of what they had worked for. Each month I’m including a long form audio reading that is like the personal readings in our one-on-one sessions for Substack subscribers. These messages that comes through are focused on what spirit is bringing forward in the lives of my subscribers. My intention was to create a way for readings to be more accessible for a fraction of the price of a private session. After the readings we’ll be led by spirit to do a healing, meditation, or a card pull (and sometimes all of the above). For this session we did a card pull (below) that we go over in the audio toward the end of the recording.

Our next long form audio reading will be for October where we’ll be focusing heavily on shifting our identities toward a higher timeline and leaving past shadows behind. Also in that session we’ll be announcing the Day of Dead reading where we will be setting an intention candle for our new timelines and you’ll be invited to send in any personal intentions you would like me to set for you.
