概要

Good morning! I'm Aaron Jolly. And welcome to the Indiana Weather Podcast — it's Wednesday, February 25th. Step outside right now and you're feeling that mild 40 degrees. Clear skies overhead. But here's what's happening — the state's about to tell two completely different weather stories today. Down in Southwest Indiana, you're the winner today. High of 57 degrees around 3 P.M. Mostly cloudy skies stick around all day. Tonight's when things shift — rain moves in between 3 A.M. and 6 A.M., peaking around 5 A.M. Temps drop to 39 degrees by 6 A.M. Central Indiana, you hit 48 degrees with sunny skies and west winds gusting to 20 miles an hour. Tonight brings the twist — snow arrives between 3 A.M. and 6 A.M. You could see less than half an inch. Low of 32 degrees by 4 A.M. That feels like 29 degrees around 7 A.M. Head north and it's a different day entirely. Northern Indiana tops out at just 32 degrees around 2 P.M. Mostly sunny but breezy — west winds gusting to 25 miles an hour. Tonight drops to 19 degrees by 6 A.M. Around 3 A.M., it'll feel like 14 degrees. Northeast Indiana, you're right in between at 36 degrees around 2 P.M. Mostly sunny with gusty west winds to 30 miles an hour. Tonight falls to 23 degrees by 1 A.M. Late tonight, it'll feel like 18 degrees around 11 P.M. Thursday brings mostly sunny skies statewide. Highs range from the upper 30s north to low 50s south. Here's your week ahead. Friday warms beautifully — mid to upper 50s, some spots hitting 62 degrees. Saturday stays mild in the 40s to mid-60s. Late weekend brings scattered rain and snow chances Sunday into Monday. Temps cool to the 30s and 40s with mixed precipitation possible early next week. That's your forecast — we'll be back tomorrow.
