In this ZenEnergy reflection, Diana Zen explores clarity as a form of care.
There are moments when we separate clarity and compassion. Clarity may seem sharp, while compassion may seem soft. But when clarity and compassion are separated, both can become distorted. Clarity can lose its heart. Compassion can lose its ground.
This episode begins a small ZenEnergy series on the principle that clarity and compassion are not two. It reflects on how honest seeing can reduce distortion, help us stop over-explaining what the body already knows, and allow care to become more truthful.
Instead of asking how to become perfectly clear, we can begin by asking:
What is the most caring truth I can see right now?
What am I avoiding because seeing clearly would require a change?
What is clear enough, honest enough, and caring enough for the next step?
A quiet episode for returning to reality without harshness, and allowing care to become more honest through clarity.
