  • Beyond Touching Grass: The K-Pop Machine & The Rise of Extreme Adult Content Creators
    2026/09/07

Pop culture is having a moment, and on this episode of Into It, Clara and Munroe are giving credit where credit is due... whilst also reminding the internet of the importance of touching grass once in a while!

Kicking of with a chat about the pop girlies who are making 2026 their year, Clara and Munroe dive into KATSEYE - the K-pop machine and whether any of it is real. Where is the line between talent and the 'machine' that aims to rinse artists for everything they have to offer?

We're then diving into the use of phones at gigs - are the phones the symptom or the disease? After watching a girl FaceTime her friend for two hours at the Ariana Grandé gig, Clara & Munroe are wondering if something is being lost. They chat about Billie Eilish's concert film, Madonna's Confessions party and how different artists are tackling the sea of phone screens at their shows.

Next comes a nuanced conversation about the internet discourse around sex work. After falling down a TikTok rabbit hole, Clara watched an episode of Holly Willoughby's podcast where Lily Phillips was a guest. This leads to a conversation about where hypersexuality can be a trauma response, how the sex work conversation is never simple and how the real concern isn't what any one woman is doing with her body - it's the appetite being created, the men consuming it, and what that normalises for everyone else.

We wrap with what we're Over for this week: soft launching relationships on social media and remembering to live... even if it doesn't make the 'gram.

  • It's All Love: Dolly, Tim, Hayden & The Two Megs
    2026/09/01

What a few weeks it's been with some big losses in the cultural sphere... on this episode of Into It, Clara and Munroe are addressing them with the power they deserve.

We're talking about Dolly Parton's immense impact on not just culture, but community - making her possibly the only globally beloved public figure with zero detractors. From her philanthropic efforts (including the Imagination Library and re-routing the royalties from I Will Always Love You to Black communities) to her undeniable music, we get into all of it.

Tim Curry gets a proper send-off as well, with a conversation about what Rocky Horror Picture Show meant to queer communities and how visibility through art can literally save lives.

Hayden Panettiere's untimely passing also sparks a necessary conversation about child stardom, narcissistic parents and the "machine" that takes kids in and spits out casualties.

Elsewhere, Clara and Munroe are rinsing the last drops of summer! Including Clara's trip to All Points East, Ariana Grande at the O2 (and the discourse around her this Summer) as well as a discussion about the two Megan's: Megan Thee Stallion's new documentary on Amazon Prime, and Meghan Markle's return to Britain.

It's a packed show as Summer starts it's descent and Clara and Munroe dive into some of the defining topics of the past few weeks.

  • Are We All Going Crazy For Wicker?
    2026/08/24

Whilst the Summer's heat has been upon us... there's a lot going on. Clara & Munroe are here with a new episode of Into It covering all of it.

Munroe takes us into her experience filming Jessie Ware's Sauna music video - a full latex moment, courtesy of Atsuko Kudo, modelled on Munroe's body. The music video is out now and it's steamy!

We dive into the summer of live music, continued: Ari Lennox at Jazz Cafe Festival and the UK debut of Roots Picnic, which gets a genuine rave. But the real moment of the episode is an account of a 250-person secret Erykah Badu show at artist Alvaro Barrington's studio. Doors opened at seven. Erykah came on at twenty to ten. Was it worth it? Every single minute.

Then: Wicker. Alexander Skarsgard, built out of wicker by Peter Dinklage, for Olivia Colman. The trailer has broken the internet and broken Clara and Munroe too... in the best possible way.

There's a full, loving audit of the entire Skarsgard family (all of them, collectively, very much getting it), a True Blood nostalgia check-in, and a detour into whether Channing Tatum is an actor or a movie star.

  • Longevity, Zara Larsson & A Long-Awaited Album with MNEK
    2026/08/17

A new episode of Into It brings us our second special guest. Clara and Munroe are joined by multi-Platinum singer, songwriter and producer MNEK!

Nominated for two GRAMMYs and a BRIT Award - and having won the ASCAP Vanguard Award - MNEK is one of the most prominent songwriter/producers in pop. Beyoncé, Dua Lipa, Zara Larson, Madonna, Selena Gomez…are just a few of the artists who have been blessed by his pen!

Clara, Munroe and MNEK talk about his first new album in 8 years, “Bulldozer” (out on September 18th). Having turned 30, MNEK shares what it is like to be making a record in this new season of his life, in particular the audacity of lead single “REVERSE!!”. He also reflects on the pressure of being a featured vocalist in an era of breakout features and the structural privilege he's noticed as a man in an industry that gives women a much shorter run.

They also talk about Zara Larsson finally receiving her flowers, his role in the latest chapter of her career, the problem with revivals as Myspace plots a return and his unashamed love of “Bangerz” era Miley…not everyone agrees!

  • Ariana Grande, Spider-Man Premiere & A Message For Trans Allies
    2026/08/10

We’ve got our most wide-ranging episode yet this week on Clara & Munroe Are Into It!

On this episode, Clara & Munroe are addressing the online discourse surrounding Ariana Grande and where the conversation has gone wrong. They talk about what's being observed, why silence isn't the answer and why the conversation needs to be about mental health rather than bodies.

They also zoom out into the wider cultural picture: the return of extreme thinness as an aesthetic, the fashion industry's reversal on body diversity, the role of GLP-1 medication in public discourse and who gets extended empathy when they're visibly struggling... and who doesn't.

Clara also debriefs hosting the new Spider-Man premiere, where she came face to face with Tom Holland and Zendaya's love story in the flesh and she has a new obsession... and it's a series!

The episode closes with Munroe addressing the trans community directly, in the wake of new EHRC guidance on single-sex spaces.

  • The (Donk) Of It All: Beyoncé's Earworm, Charli XCX's Rock Era & Smart Glasses
    2026/08/03

We're getting down and into it on this episode, as Clara and Munroe are here to dive into all the most important pop culture topics in this episode of Into It.

Since when did it become "normal" to film each other secretly? Since the launch of Meta's smart glasses (with built-in recording), Clara & Munroe have been concerned... and Munroe is coming with the receipts. In our first tech moment of the podcast, we dive into why this technology is dangerous, who gets protected... and who doesn't.

Clara is dissecting Beyoncé's earworm Morning Dew and Munroe is deep in an internet wormhole of a woman who is building an endless tunnel under her house?!

Along the way, Clara goes deep into Elle Fanning's Margot's Got Money series and makes the case that prestigious actors choosing TV is one of the best things to happen to the medium in years. We also pay proper tribute to Charli XCX's new rock era: not just for the music, but for the career move.

  • The Odyssey's Colourist Backlash, Katie Price & FIFA World Cup Halftime Show
    2026/07/27

It's been a packed week for pop culture and Clara and Munroe are diving into all of it on this episode of Into It.

The biggest story in culture is the release of Christopher Nolan's The Odyssey - a film that sparked controversy when it was first announced, but is now being loved by audiences from IMAX to your local cinema screen. We dive into the ambition of Nolan's filmmaking, which actors were under-used and which performances surprised the most.

The bigger conversation is about the racist and colourist backlash to Lupita Nyong'o's casting as Helen of Troy. Clara speaks personally about her own experiences with colourism in her professional life, and the exhaustion of watching dark-skinned Black women be denied beauty, humanity, and peace - even when they're delivering Oscar-level work in one of the biggest films ever made.

Then: the Katie Price four-part documentary which beat expectations with genuinely new revelation and nuance. Munroe draws real parallels between Katie's neurodivergence, her unprocessed trauma, and the media machine that both built and brutalised her.

Plus the FIFA World Cup halftime show gets a verdict, JAY Z gets called out for announcing a London show on Beyoncé's birthday... and Melanie C's DM to Clara, which briefly terrified everyone in the group chat!
