    • The more you say and have the knowing that “God Is, God Is, God Is,” the more you connect to yourself as a Divine being having an experience here on Earth. 
    • We talk about the idea of time and if we surrender more of our need to control it, we might find that everything happens exactly as it is meant to. 
    • The only place anything happens is in the present moment, now. 
    • You are always receiving information but until you are at the place where you can hear it, you do not have the awareness of it. As in the example of a radio station always playing, you can’t hear the music until you tune into the station. 
    • As you hold the vibration of knowing you are one with all beings everywhere, you start to witness what is before you with “new” eyes.

    DAY 27: The Act of Forgiveness

    • When you agree to God, you are aligning and agreeing to what is already true. 
    • We are healing those places in ourselves where we feel unworthy of God’s love, or we doubt he/she cares about us, or even has time to listen. 
    • When we see “Terrible” things in the world, we are reminded that it is someone forgetting who and what they are. Our work is to see them in their truth, as an aspect of God, to know ourselves as one with them.
    • When God is present, forgiveness may be known because God does not punish.
    • To love the one in darkness is to be as the Christ, who even loved those who would see him dead. 
    • As you release the anger, the shame, the guilt, not only are you known anew but so is Word everywhere. Amen to that!

    • It’s a great thing to stop and give yourself a pat on the back, to acknowledge where you are and the amazingness that is you!
    • God is the gentle breeze, always with you, always listening.

    • Any encounter with fear can be an opportunity to say, “thank you, no!”
    • As we lift up, as we shine our light and see others through the eyes of love, we lift all those around us and in fact, the world. 
    • Where do you need to release your ideas and history around who God is?
    • Here is another opportunity to let go of your ideas of who you “should” be - you be YOU!
    • Prayer does not have to be on your knees, read a certain way, or look like the way anyone else does it. We’re back to you being YOU!
    • “God Is, I Am” is a powerful statement to help you transform whatever you are experiencing. To bring you back to center. 
    • Bringing grace into our lives and blessing ourselves with grace can support us in staying in the present moment now.
    • There is a light at the end of the tunnel and YOU are it!

    DAY 24: A Teaching of Being

    • You are the light! Find that in yourself. It may even be as a meditation or a practice. 
    • Look at where you dim your light, play small in order to fit in, or perhaps, to keep others from feeling uncomfortable. 
    • What are you choosing in each moment of your day? We are reminded that we always have a choice. Are we looking at what’s right or what appears “wrong?” There is the choice.
    • When you pray for something, make a request and it does not show up looking like what you thought, perhaps it may not be for your highest good, or you do not have an agreement for that experience. 
    • Listening to others with your heart, not their words per se, but what they are energetically communicating may be transformative for you.
    • You are always being witnessed and witnessing God.
    • As you go up in frequency and stay present your experience of life will shift and transform in amazing ways. 
    • When you say “yes,” you are agreeing to the great “yes” of your potential.

    • Being, just being, is way more powerful than thinking and trying to be in control. 
    • Perceiving what is before you through “innocent eyes” is to not label or look to the past to try to describe or experience what is before you. 
    • We are always in choice about how we perceive things. We can choose to see God in all things, even that which we might think of as ungodly or outside of God. 
    • No matter what, love yourself, and do not judge yourself or others. 
    • The lantern that you are, the light that you are, shines upon what it encounters. It does not judge what it sees or what it encounters. Its job is to illumine. Period. Period. Period. 
    • What and who you bless, blesses you back. Yes, even your plants, pets, and those you meet and may never meet. 
    • The claim “God Is, God Is, God Is” is infusing all things with this claim, and the agreement to the claim sings back to you.

    • It’s OK to doubt this and wonder about the aspect of self who is already fully engaged in a higher level of awareness.
    • You don’t have to earn the Kingdom. It has always been there for you.
    • How you serve has little to do with what we are doing out in the world
    • Life may look messy and we can lift to the Upper Room to help see it clearly.
    • A single drop of water can transform the world.
    • The caterpillar does not know, when it enters the cocoon, how it will emerge, and the process it undergoes is indeed challenging.
    • Each of us plays our part in the smallest act we perform whether we are aware of the bigger picture or not.
    • Heresy is the denial of the Divine, not the acceptance of it. To deny the Divine in your fellows is an act of heresy, and to deny it in yourself must be the same.
    • We are always forgiven.
    • The words are encoded with healing to transform the unworthiness, anger, fear, pain. While you may not understand it the first, second, or even third time, you are healing what keeps you stuck.
    • “I am free” releases fear.
    • Nothing is transformed until it is seen. The moment it is brought into the light, you no longer hold it.
    • The claims of truth are tools to use in your life.

    • Ask yourself why you believe or do the things you do. Is it from your upbringing? Cultural? History?  Maybe look at that and see if much of what you do, buy, believe has been acclimated to by you without you really even knowing it. 
    • We talk about how we name or label things and how the weight of those names or labels can create a story all by itself. For instance when you use the word “evil,” “bad,” or “homeless.”  
    • With freedom comes faith. As you know yourself as free, you move beyond what was and lift your vibration. 
    • Allowing things to unfold without trying to control or judge. Trusting yourself.
    • Knowing that God is, indeed, in all things. Seeing and knowing all those before us as the truth of who they are.
    • We are always in choice about how we respond to things in our environment or world. Are you choosing in fear?  Or are you choosing in love?
    • We are all in this together. “So you must become willing, if you wish to share this journey, to undergo this passage of reclamation.” Paul Selig | The Kingdom | page XVI
    • Everything that was created in fear is being re-known as the truth of what it is.  
    • “I know who I am in truth. I know what I am in truth. I know how I serve in truth. I am free. I am free. I am free.” And, now, if you wish to be lifted, to agree to be lifted, invite the Monad, or the Christed Self, to be the one who lifts. And you may say these words: “I am in the Upper Room.
