As Christians, we GET to be part of the Body of Christ. We're meant to be part of a community of believers who do life together for God's glory. So, what do you do if and when you're met with a bad application of His word? Some brothers and sisters in Christ and I have been praying about and processing a painful ongoing series of bad applications that have done damage that we still struggle to understand over a year later. But God is not surprised or struggling, and His word helps us navigate life when bad applications leave us scratching our heads. I hope this episode encourages you to meet the souls who make those bad applications (including your past, less-sanctified-than-today self!) with grace and prayer as we're all living this life for the first time, learning, and growing in Christ with eternity in our sights. Keep your Bible open, keep praying, and keep going in the fear of the Lord!
