概要
You're listening to Case by Case, where we examine real criminal cases through careful review of public records and reporting. Our long-form deep dives are available on YouTube.
Trigger warning: this episode discusses a disappearance and may include references to violence, abuse, or death. Content is for educational purposes and listener discretion is advised.
This episode covers the ongoing disappearance of Chris Palmer, a 39-year-old camper last seen in early January with his German shepherd, Zoey. After a final message on January 9 saying he was heading to the Monongahela area, his red 2017 Ford F-250 was found stuck on the sand at Cape Hatteras on January 12; Chris and Zoey remain missing. Searches by the National Park Service and local authorities continue, and anyone with information about sightings, the vehicle, the dog, or unusual activity near Cape Point on or around January 11–12 is asked to contact the NPS tip line.
