MY WHY:

I have always loved working in the food industry, server, bartender, and restaurant business. Growing up on a large farm in the Midwest has given me inspiration to help others learn how to eat wisely and how to spend money sensibly on food. With a full-time job and kids, I feel I’m relatable when it comes to all the above on what most of us are looking for in life.

WE ARE MAKING: Chili - Bison Fresh Ground & Local 🦬

Ingrediants:

• 1 lb fresh South Dakota Bison Burger
• 1 pint homemade broth
• Mixed Beans
• 1 can tomato paste
• 1/2 package baby bell mushrooms
• 1/2 package of cherry tomatoes
• 1 clove garlic (crushed) I use my fermented garlic
• Chili Powder/ Cumin

Instructions:

• Break into chunks and brown in broth
• Add all other ingredients and simmer low for 30 minutes
• Enjoy!
