  • Episode 193: Centers For De Cheez Control
    2026/08/17

Is it the beginning of the end for us? Welllllll. Ok, not quite yet. But times they are a-changin' and so is our schedule. Is this all Chris's fault? Probably. After this, you can catch us monthly instead of weekly, but since we're here now, let's talk about the downside to adulting and owning things, the big radio company bloodbaths, the possible blue-ing of Tennessee, and why the old radio promotions we did are still a thing even though they've been done a million times.

  • Episode 192 Go Fondue Me
    2026/08/10

Why HP printers have gone from the worst to the even worse worst, subscription models from hell on every damn thing, ads that make us walk away from streaming services, predatory construction behaviors and pricing, traffic safety (or the lack thereof) in Nashville, license plate scanners to charge for parking (or not parking), the need for Democrats to back their candidates the way Republicans do (and why Wally would have to be a Republican if he ever ran for office), and the reason iHeartRadio can withhold $30K from Wally and get away with it. (WE HATE THEM)

    2026/08/03

Because what the hell is going on in Portland, Maine? And is there Tupperware involved? ICE, racism, and minimum wage are covered, which of course, leads us to radio. We also talk about unfounded AI accusations (we're looking at you, The Atlantic), and audiobooks vs radio when it comes to talking in a mic. But seriously, Maine, WTF?

  • Episode 190: Witter Into Whine
    2026/07/27

The Jesus-centered shopping complex, why Taylor Farms and Cologuard should team up, what it really means to be a "confirmed bachelor," the death nobody will mourn, and why Jess wants you to think of her when you think of murdering husbands. Allegedly.

    2026/07/20

AI is the worst (except ICE. ICE is the worstier worst). And Marsha Blackburn is also the worst. And there's actual proof that Tennessee is the worst. Also the worst: HOAs, gambling restrictions, diarrhea lettuce, and that "proof of life" photo of Mitch McConnell. Is there anything we actually like? You can listen to find out, but we're not making any promises.

    2026/07/13

Want some cheez with our whines? We've got you, along with unnecessary helicopter traffic, unnecessary phone and app updates, and the unsolved mysteries of disappearing ice and ovens that turn themselves on. Plus, the exaggerated biggest event "in history" (written by Chat GPT, obviously), and shaving WHAT.

  • Episode 187: Grate Balls Of Fire
    2026/07/06

We're baaaaack. This week, there's legal drama Chris absolutely can't talk about, the swamp-ass weather reports, HOA dictators, impossible burgers, TikTok's weird ability to build a better streaming queue than Hollywood, and why we'd trust fictional presidents more than real ones. As usual, we're reminiscing about the glory days of radio and people who made it fun (and not), corporate stupidity, layoffs (again), Eugene Levy lookalikes, and why every industry eventually rewards the guy who never rocks the boat. Yeah, it's infuriating but at least we're funny (ish).

  • Episode 186: Nacho Average Mid-Life Crises
    2026/06/22

We talk about how adulthood is just a series of tech malfunctions, medical indignities, and mortgage-induced rage spirals. Between Wally’s existential fear of a future without ice cubes, Jess’s post-surgery “ginger ale of regret,” and Chris’s Samson-level haircut trauma, we somehow still found time to roast ICE (the agency, not the cubes), mock Elon (and each other), and rage about property taxes like the middle-aged revolutionaries we are. We also learned that “resting bitch face” can, in fact, be active, that treadmills make excellent towel racks, and that we’ll all die in houses we don’t own. It's ok to be jealous.

Show note: No new episode next week (6/29) because the only grownup on the show can't be there to record it and do all the work. See you on 7/6!
