  • Ep. 75 - Leadership Is Helping Others to Hope When It’s Dark - Bruce Roselle
    2026/02/07

Being saved doesn’t mean you’re a good leader. Neither does having a title or a ministry.

Good leadership takes intense intentionality, sacrifice, and work.

In the book of Isaiah (chapter 60:2) it says that a thick darkness will cover the earth. Recently, in prayer, Holy Spirt told me that God was raising up leaders that would help people to Hope in the darkness.

In this episode, I talk to my new friend, Bruce Roselle. He’s the founder of Roselle Leadership and author of the book, “Wholehearted Leadership: A Toolbelt for Christian Leaders.”

Bruce has helped many leaders in the past 3 decades but in this chapter of his life, he feels a calling to help pastors, ministry directors, and Christian leaders become more authentic and wholehearted … so that they can help others to hope in the current darkness.

Bruce has a lot to say. If you’re a leader (or if you need a good one), listen in and glean from his incredible experience!

    About Bruce:

Founder of Roselle Leadership (1995), brings a breadth of experience and a deep sense of purpose to the task of helping pastors, ministry directors, and Christian leaders become more authentic and wholehearted. His current book, Wholehearted Leadership: A Toolbelt for Christian Leaders, was published by WestBow Press in August 2025. An Emeritus Psychologist (Minnesota), he holds a PhD in Counseling from the University of Minnesota and a BA in Psychology from Northwestern University.

Bruce has written a bi-monthly article for the American City Business Journals and articles that appeared in various professional journals in the field of leadership/talent management. He has published four other books, including: Vital Truths (2002) and Fearless Leadership (2006), which won two awards from independent publishing organizations--Best Business Book (bronze) and Best Self-Help Book (silver) in 2007, The Fraud Factor (2016), and The Great Leader Handbook (2019).

  • Ep. 73 - Breaking Into Freedom Through Remote Work - Lesley Pyle
    2025/11/30

In this episode I talk to Lesley Pyle - one of God’s pioneers.

In 1995, Lesley was moving up the corporate ladder towards a very successful career when something happened to her that changed her life - she became a mom. Lesley couldn’t picture a world where she couldn’t raise her new baby the way she wanted to.

Instead of settling for how she was told the world had to be, she used her faith to do something new - working remotely in a time where most people didn’t even think it was an option. After doing it successfully herself, she built a business that helps other talented and hard working moms do the same.

Listen in on our conversation and get inspired!

    About Lesley:

Lesley Pyle is the Founder and CEO of HireMyMom.com, a remote job platform connecting Small Businesses with Virtual Professionals across the country since 2007. • Ep. 72 - God So Loved the (Virtual) World? - Romans
    2025/10/11

The internet has created virtual worlds that billions of people spend a lot of their time in. Did Jesus die for those worlds, too?

In this episode, I invite my friend Romans to talk about it. Romans is a serial entrepreneur whose ventures have generated over $100million dollars. He wants to use his resources and talents to impact the gaming industry for the Kingdom. The gaming industry is bigger than the movie, music, and sports industries combined and it’s a field filled with many lost souls. Will the church be willing to cross social and religious boundaries to go after them?

Romans is holding a gaming and content creator conference in November. Info at ReachConf.org

    About Romans:

Romans is a gaming and streaming authority, tech entrepreneur, and founder of ventures generating $100M+. He has guided creators to hundreds and thousands of followers and millions of likes. Romans empowers others by merging faith, business, and technology to build thriving communities at

  • Ep 71 - Singing Mountains, Fish Math, and Experiencing God in the Wild - Jarvis Ovalles
    2025/09/21

I’ve been thinking a lot about how worship is tied to nature. Is worship just singing to Jesus? Or, are there other ways to do it? Or, dare I say, are there better ways to do it?

Did God create nature to give us a vital way to connect with Him? I invited Jarvis Ovalles to talk about it.

    RIP Charlie Kirk.
