    Greg Hubert serves as Chief Executive Officer of The Brookwood Community, where he leads the organization's vision to change the way the world thinks about adults with disabilities. With over 25 years of leadership experience, Greg has worked across healthcare, nonprofit, and ministry sectors, including serving as a pastor and holding senior positions at Joni and Friends and Edwards Lifesciences. He earned his B.A. from Biola University and Master of Divinity from The Master's Seminary.

    Greg and his wife, Gina, are parents to three adult sons on the autism spectrum, giving them a deeply personal understanding of disability advocacy. His leadership approach reflects a lifelong commitment to serving God, family, and community while recognizing the God-given potential in every individual.

    Nate Hilgenkamp graduated from Baylor University in 2016 with a B.A. in Religion. He then went on to graduate from Truett Theological Seminary in 2018 with a Masters of Divinity. Nate is currently part of the Teaching and Preaching Staff at Harris Creek Baptist Church in Waco, Texas – where he also works with the young adult ministry. He is also the host of the Becoming Something Podcast which reaches thousands of young adults weekly. Nate is married to Adalee and they have three precious daughters – Jacie, Callie, and Annie.

    Jeff Voncannon is the Founder and Principal of Redman Management Company, leading over $500 million in energy investments with returns exceeding 30% IRR across 31 transactions. He built and sold multiple energy platforms, including Redman Energy and F250, LLC (with GSO Blackstone), and led turnarounds at Prize Petroleum, Patara Oil & Gas, and most recently, Scandrill, Inc., where he served as Board Chair & CEO and repositioned the company for growth in just 13 months.

    A graduate of Texas A&M Petroleum Engineering and a member of its Academy of Distinguished Graduates, Jeff also serves on boards including First Liberty Institute, Scandrill, and Texas A&M’s Mays Innovation Research Center. He is President of Circle J Meat, LLC, and an active member of TIPRO, IPAA, and the Houston Producers’ Forum.

    Jeff and his wife Lynne live in Houston and are proud parents of four grown children.

    Joel served as CEO of SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment. He stepped in when SeaWorld was mired in a brand crisis and reset its vision and culture which improved attendance, employee engagement, customer trust, and profitability. For over a decade, he was the CEO of Herschend Enterprises, which managed over 20 entertainment properties including internationally respected brands such as the Harlem Globetrotters and Dolly Parton’s Dollywood theme park. Prior to joining Herschend Enterprises, Joel spent 20 years in the auto industry and served as CEO of Saab Automobile during Saab’s U.S. turn around. He also led an Amazon start-up that introduced car sales to the internet.

    Currently a Thought Leader for John Maxwell Leadership, Joel mentors, consults, and speaks on LoveWorks and the leadership lessons drawn from his career. For over 20 years, he has been the Chairman of Orange, a non-profit dedicated to the development and distribution of youth curriculum and leadership training to over 9,000 churches in 40+ countries. He has also served on the National Advisory Board of Salvation Army for over 10 years.

    Joel received an M.B.A. with honors from Harvard Business School and a B.S. from Albion College where he was valedictorian, an Academic All-American football player, and a Rhodes Scholarship Finalist. He and his wife Shannon reside in Naples, Florida.
