The second would of every Jew is an actual piece of Hashem. Therefore, it says about the giving of the soul to Adam the term “Blowing”, to show that it comes from the core of his being.Thats why it says “The Jews ascended in Hashem’s thought”, not like the rest of creation that comes from Hashem’s speech. For that reason the Jewish people are called children of Hashem, because just like a son comes from the brain of the father, so to every Jewish souls comes from Hashem’s wisdom which is totally one with Him.

פרק ב
וְנֶפֶשׁ הַשֵּׁנִית בְּיִשְׂרָאֵל, הִיא חֵלֶק אֱלוֹהַּ מִמַּעַל מַמָּשׁ,
כְּמוֹ שֶׁכָּתוּב: "וַיִּפַּח בְּאַפָּיו נִשְׁמַת חַיִּים",
וְ"אַתָּה נָפַחְתָּ בִּי",
וּכְמוֹ שֶׁכָּתוּב בַּזֹּהַר, מַאן דְּנָפַח מִתּוֹכֵיהּ נָפַח, פֵּירוּשׁ, מִתּוֹכִיּוּתוֹ וּמִפְּנִימִיּוּתוֹ,
שֶׁתּוֹכִיּוּת וּפְנִימִיּוּת הַחַיּוּת שֶׁבָּאָדָם מוֹצִיא בִּנְפִיחָתוֹ בְּכֹחַ:
כָּךְ, עַל דֶּרֶךְ מָשָׁל, נִשְׁמוֹת יִשְׂרָאֵל עָלוּ בְּמַחֲשָׁבָה,
כְּדִכְתִיב: "בְּנִי בְכוֹרִי יִשְׂרָאֵל",
"בָּנִים אַתֶּם לַה' אֱלֹהֵיכֶם"
פֵּירוּשׁ, כְּמוֹ שֶׁהַבֵּן נִמְשָׁךְ מִמּוֹחַ הָאָב,
כָּךְ כִּבְיָכוֹל נִשְׁמַת כָּל אִישׁ יִשְׂרָאֵל נִמְשְׁכָה מִמַּחֲשַׁבְתּוֹ וְחָכְמָתוֹ יִתְבָּרֵךְ,
דְּאִיהוּ חַכִּים וְלָא בְחָכְמָה יְדִיעָא, אֶלָּא הוּא וְחָכְמָתוֹ אֶחָד,
וּכְמוֹ שֶׁכָּתַב הָרַמְבַּ"ם,
שֶׁהוּא הַמַּדָּע וְהוּא הַיּוֹדֵעַ כוּ',
וְדָבָר זֶה אֵין בִּיכוֹלֶת הָאָדָם לַהֲבִינוֹ עַל בּוּרְיוֹ כוּ',
כְּדִכְתִיב: "הַחֵקֶר אֱלוֹהַּ תִּמְצָא", וּכְתִיב: "כִּי לֹא מַחְשְׁבוֹתַי מַחְשְׁבוֹתֵיכֶם וְגוֹ'".
