What is happening inside the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ)?

Leaked internal correspondence has exposed serious disagreements between CCJ President Justice Winston Anderson and several of his fellow judges, opening a wider Caribbean conversation about judicial independence, leadership, accountability, confidentiality and public confidence in the region’s highest court.
