The United States operates a network of Satellites that can transmit Electromagnetic Frequencies (Heart Attack) and Ionizing Radiation (Cancer). These frequencies are transmitted from a ground position to a satellite to target individual people using Thermal and Infrared Cameras that can pinpoint your location.
