Michael shares his background as a first-generation Italian American, a former heavy drinker who quit in 2018, and an education administrator who long felt something was missing. After stopping drinking, he noticed repeating numbers like 11:11, explored religion and spirituality, began meditating, and experienced visions, visitations, and signs he attributes to his grandmother, including a childhood healing and guidance toward mediumship through Lady Phyllis Best.
