  • Matthew 5:13-16 Bible Study
    2026/06/07

As we gather back together this week, we will continue our study of the Sermon on the Mount. In this time, we’ll build on what we’ve already learned and press deeper into Jesus’ teaching—especially the ways it shapes our attitudes, our relationships, and our daily choices.

We live in a world that can often feel dark, cold, and increasingly uncertain, but the Sermon on the Mount reminds us that our faith is not meant to stay private or passive. Instead, it calls us to live with purpose and hope, to let God’s values guide how we respond to people, how we speak, and how we pursue righteousness even when it’s difficult.

My prayer is that as we study God’s Word together, we will be encouraged, strengthened, and equipped to carry the message of the Kingdom into our everyday lives.

  • Jesus Authority
    2026/05/06

Praying at night “in the name of Jesus” isn’t treating Him like a genie or making Him perform on demand. It’s recognizing Jesus as Lord, approaching God with reverence, and trusting His will—whether the answer is what I expected or not.

At night prayer is about relationship, not transactions. I’m not praying to control outcomes; I’m praying to align my heart with God, seek guidance, express gratitude, and bring my concerns to Him with faith.
