So, here we are. I've taken a bit of a break, but I'm back, to help guide you through these later stages of winter and into Spring. This season, the pod might be a little bit more fluid, sometimes I'll chat, and sometimes I'll share poems or journaling prompts. But there will always be a soundbath and meditation. Yoga Nidra will guide you home to a place of DEEP REST.
