Fresh CTO’s, Product People or whoever is interested in leading dev teams can also benefit from reading this book. Spoiler alert: you will not learn to code here, nor do I have all the answers to everything. However I’ve put together my thoughts and experience based on working for various companies in various industries. Or, more importantly, working with different groups of people in different settings, getting an application together from scratch. So that’s what this book is about. Yep, there will be a few pointers and ideas. No, I’m not claiming to know it all. But you’ve read this far and now thinking if you want to continue to check out the rest, so why not?
