Many people live with trauma responses for years without realizing what they’re experiencing is actually Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.
Unlike Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, CPTSD often develops from long-term or repeated trauma, especially during childhood.
This can include emotional neglect, unstable environments, or growing up feeling like you had to constantly walk on eggshells.
In this podcast, we explore the common signs of CPTSD and complex trauma, including emotional flashbacks, nervous system dysregulation, hypervigilance, people-pleasing, and feeling stuck in survival mode. If you’ve ever felt like you:
• are easily triggered emotionally
• struggle to relax or feel safe
• constantly overanalyze other people’s moods
• feel responsible for everyone else’s emotions • experience deep shame or feel “too much”
• have difficulty trusting yourself or others …these can all be signs of unresolved trauma stored in the nervous system.
This podcast will help you understand:
✨ What CPTSD is
✨ How childhood trauma shapes the nervous system
✨ The hidden trauma patterns many people carry
✨ Why trauma responses show up in relationships
✨ The first steps toward healing and nervous system regulation
Understanding trauma is often the first step toward healing. When we begin to recognize these patterns, we can start moving out of survival mode and into safety, regulation, and self-trust. If you resonate with this, you’re not alone—and healing is possible.
