CJ the DJ's journey began in New Orleans at just 16 years old, when he first stepped behind the turntables and discovered his passion for DJing. More than 30 years later, that passion is still going strong. From performing throughout New Orleans to taking his DJ skills and love of music across the United States, CJ has spent decades entertaining crowds and staying connected to the artists, DJs, producers, and fans who keep the music alive.

Now, CJ brings that experience to the microphone with a podcast created especially for Freestyle music artists, producers, DJs, and longtime fans of the genre. Each episode features personal conversations, career stories, behind-the-scenes memories, music history, and a look at what's happening today in the Freestyle scene.
