This summer, we explore themes from popular films alongside Scripture, uncovering how God's truth speaks through the stories we love. From adventure and sacrifice to redemption and hope, each week reminds us that God is present in every part of our story—inviting us into something greater.

This week, we examine the story of Forrest Gump. As the history of the United States from the 1950s to the '70s unfolds from the perspective of an Alabama man with an IQ of 75, who yearns to be reunited with his childhood sweetheart. Pastor Karla discusses how life may not always go as planned, but if we submit to God's will we can trust God will use our lives for good.
