Sarah West (CMA, SPHR, CEC) has worked in the accounting and finance sector for almost 20 years. She worked her way up to key leadership roles, her most recent corporate role as the CFO at a regional real estate development company.

In 2019, Sarah started Light Consulting to make business and life a little lighter for her clients, offering fractional CFO services, accounting services, professional development training, and coaching.

In October 2022, Sarah became a co-owner of Dale Carnegie of North Dakota and Northwest Minnesota. Dale Carnegie’s values align perfectly with those of Light Consulting, and the two companies will be able to lift each other up in the years to come.
