Hello Everybody! Better late than never, a monthly solo episode coming out for you. My voice is a bit hoarse because I'm sick, yet I still have a message to share; There comes a time when it might benefit you to push your limits a bit. Is it time to explore the end of your comfort zone?
On this solo episode I share some recent life updates which tie into the theme of BUSTING out of your comfort zone and what the benefits of doing so can be. I also offer some suggestions and examples of how we can approach our "Challenge Zone" and why moving fast isn't always the best way to go. Sometimes all it takes is one small step out of the norm. We can still remain in our Divine Feminine state of balance a puruse our greater goals and dreams.
