After years of being purely strength focused, bodybuilding shows, heavy compounds, resistance training as my be all and end all, I've started to shift. And honestly, it's reignited my love for training in a way I didn't expect.

From losing seven stone and running my first 10Ks, to getting obsessed with weight training, to now preparing for the Great North Run, this episode is the honest story of how I've gone from strength coach to something more complete. More 360. More hybrid.

I hold my hands up. I was too one dimensional for too long. This is me evolving.
