Alanis, a longtime and dedicated Board member, as well as Past Chairman of the Board of the Kern County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. As the facilitator of KCHCC's successful Small Business Academies, David has played a vital role in helping entrepreneurs and small business owners gain the resources, tools, confidence, and connections they need to grow and succeed. Through his leadership and collaboration, this twelve-year-old academy continues to empower business owners in both English and Spanish, while strengthening our local economy and expanding access to capital, education, and lasting opportunity. His work reflects the kind of community-minded leadership that makes a meaningful difference, and we are proud to recognize his impact and look forward to all that lies ahead.
