Brinsley's path to coaching is one of those origin stories that feels both completely unique and deeply familiar. A decade as a DJ and promoter, a slow burn of burnout, a pivot that didn't quite land, two kids, a relationship ending, and somewhere in the middle of all of it, a coach who asked him not what he wanted to do, but who he was. That question changed everything. It also became the heart of his work with coaches today.
