When we zoom out to consider the 'whole' of ourselves, this allows us to explore more holistically around what makes us uniquely 'us' and how we can each bring that fullest or whole version of who we are to life.

Including how to deal with the things that keep us from being our true, authentic selves and how to grow into and take up the space that is only ours in this world.

    I am delighted to welcome Lisa Sherlock to the Podcast in this episode and I hope that you enjoy listening to Lisa's story and our conversation.

    In this episode, we're diving in to explore the importance of the right nutrition for our body's long term quality of health. Specifically we're exploring with Lisa, the important data and research carried out by Zinzino, on our Omega 6:3 balance (amongst other key areas of our health & wellness) and how this can directly affect our chances of preventing or reducing life limiting/threatening diseases, inflammation and our immune response.

    There are some simple information we can test to understand where we all are, and importantly what we can do to improve our bodies' health from the inside out.

    Lisa will also share more on this, as well as how she came to learn about the power of getting the right balance and quality of personalised supplements on our health. Many of us may think we're taking vitamins and eating healthily, but when we actually test, we find that we're still not getting the right quality of ingredients going into our systems and being absorbed by our cells.

    Lisa is keen to get the message out there, to help more people to know about all of this, to make informed choices for themselves. We will also be discussing Lisa's own background and learnings about self discovery through the conversation too.
