From humble beginnings as a Licensed Practical Nurse in British Columbia, Gagan’s journey in health care has been defined by growth, purpose, and impact. After moving to Ontario and becoming a Registered Nurse, she steadily built her career, discovering a passion for creating change beyond direct patient care and into leading teams at the intersection of health care and technology.
Gagan became involved in bridging the gap between health care and AI, contributing to initiatives that integrate technology into clinical practice. Through years of continuing education in business and leadership, she leveraged her nursing experience to transition into her role as a Robotics Specialist / Project Manager.
Driven by a deep commitment to supporting both patients and clinicians, Gagan’s passion for empowering others has shaped her into an AI Transformational leader.
