Anthony Barr and Eric Kendricks are at Vikings Training Camp for another episode of Bent Outta Shape, where they’re joined by longtime Vikings offensive tackle Brian O’Neill.

Fresh off signing a new $96 million deal to remain in Minnesota, O’Neill talks about what it means to continue his career with the Vikings, the expectations for the offensive line this season, and what it’s like going against Brian Flores’ defense every day in practice. He also breaks down some of the toughest pass rushers he’s faced in the NFL, including Danielle Hunter and Aidan Hutchinson.
Brian also looks back on his unlikely path to the NFL — from winning Delaware Basketball Player of the Year playing alongside Donte DiVincenzo, to entering Pitt as a tight end, gaining nearly 50 pounds, transitioning to offensive tackle, and eventually becoming one of the best tackles in the league.
