I had such a fun, expansive conversation in this episode—it honestly felt like one of those chats where you blink and suddenly an hour has passed.

We dove right into the energy of what so many of us have been feeling lately—that sense that everything is shifting, speeding up, and kind of shaking loose anything that’s not aligned anymore. Marie and I clicked immediately talking about that, especially around the idea that we’re not just “waking up,” we’re remembering who we’ve always been.

One of my favorite parts was getting into the concept of time (because wow… that’s been a journey for me). I shared how time used to stress me out daily—especially with mom life—and how I’ve been learning to loosen my grip on it. Marie brought such a beautiful perspective, talking about time as something we can actually build a relationship with instead of constantly fighting. That hit home.

We also got pretty deep (in the best way) talking about energy, timelines, and how even the smallest choices—like choosing love over fear in a moment—can literally shift your reality. I shared a really personal story about my car accident earlier this year and how it forced me to slow down and re-evaluate everything. Not gonna lie, that moment changed me in ways I’m still uncovering.

And then… we went full cosmic. From nature holding memory (including a wild experience I had with a tree from my childhood) to meditation impacting entire communities, to timelines, dimensions, and even a little extraterrestrial curiosity sprinkled in. It was one of those conversations where nothing feels off-limits.

What I loved most is that even with all the big, expansive topics, we kept coming back to the simple stuff:
slow down, trust yourself, do the inner work, and be patient with the process.

It was such a heart-opening conversation, and honestly, one that reminded me that we’re all just figuring it out together—one shift, one moment, one breath at a time.

In this solo episode I explain how I came to meet "God". It has been a long journey of self discovery that illuminated the way to finally touching the surface of what or who God really is. Not some big white man up in the sky on a cloud judging people. As many of us in the west are taught. But something so much deeper. The basis, the foundation of life AND that which animates everything from the grass striving to grow, to the water running down the riverbed, to humans full of potential, love and passion. I feel everyone perceives "God" in a different way and that's a good thing! But I do feel we all experience "God" in a similar way.
I am beyond grateful for this experience and many like it. I am so grateful to be able to share this with you today. Thank you for listening, for tuning in and for being apart of my world.

In today's solo episode I'm going to be talking with you about energy, of course. How do we interpret energy? How does the information come through? How does it work?

I don't have all the answers. I just have my own personal experiences and I'm going to share a couple with you! This is something science is starting to catch up to. In this solo episode I go over an important topic that has been coming up the last couple months. An important message that is capturing the attention of many energetic practioners and spiritual life coaches alike. Re-Assess what is sacred. Remember why we started this journey. We all need money and if your gift is helping people through energy healing, through sacred realignment work, tarot readings etc. that's beautiful, however, the energy of ascension is calling us to look at ourselves, our practice and what this path is going to look like five, ten.. twenty years down the road. Did the "New Age" movement start with bright spark and is slowly sizzling out and people are becoming burnt out, scarred by negative energetic experiences and new age buzz terms? Or can we reach back inside of ourselves, to a version of ourselves from times past, our ancestors.. our star brothers and sisters.. and reconnect to the sacredness of alignment? The sacredness of the symbols.. the intention and the energy? I think so. I know so. It all starts with us. We start out with the greatest intentions and then in our fast-paced society of capitalism, we turn our gifts into profit and end up selling ourselves and our clients short. What does that future look like? Just like any movement that starts out with a beautiful intention, a beautiful purpose.. the point can be easily lost as years go by and we forget. The point is to check ourselves, catch ourselves, catch our breath and remember.
