Hi and welcome back! Today is the first of a series on breathwork. This episode is mostly learning with a short practice toward the end. A future episode will be dedicated to just practicing.
We go over some mechanics of breathing and how to start changing your breath to be more natural and easeful in your body and for yourself.
About Me
I am a 200hr yoga teacher, with several additional certifications including children, yin, chair, restorative, yoga nidra. I am also an Ayurveda coach certified through The Shakti School. I have been teaching group and private yoga classes to adults and kids for a few years in my community.
