How to make a Kentucky Mule
Ingredients
- 2 ounces of Bourbon
- 1/2 ounce of fresh lime juice
- 4-6 ounces of ginger beer, chilled
- Garnish: full mint sprigs
Instructions
- Fill a cooper mug or highball glass with crushed ice.
- Pour in the bourbon and fresh lime juice
- Top off with the chilled ginger beer
- Stir contents gently
- Garnish with a lime wedge and/or fresh mint sprig
