概要
If you have ever felt overwhelmed, stretched thin, or responsible for more than you can carry, this episode is for you.
In Episode 16, Nicole Ghirardi and Stephanie Petry talk about why boundaries are essential if you want to protect your peace and live with intention. They explore why boundaries often feel uncomfortable, what happens when we avoid them, and how healthy boundaries create clarity instead of conflict.
Nicole and Stephanie discuss how many women try to build calm lives without protective structure, and why that often leads to burnout, resentment, and loss of clarity. This episode reframes boundaries not as rejection, but as stewardship of your time, energy, calling, and priorities.
This conversation is a reminder that boundaries are not about doing less. They are about protecting what matters most.

Philippians 4:6–7
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
This verse reminds us that peace does not come from managing everything. It comes from surrendering what was never ours to carry.
Jesus also modeled boundaries by protecting His time with the Father, not meeting every demand, and staying aligned with His calling.
