概要
We hit 16 downloads last week! The fame obviously went straight to my head, so naturally, my brain got bored and I almost quit to start a gardening podcast.
Instead, I forced myself back into my 2x2 meter repurposed box room to talk about my longest-running, on-again-off-again obsession: Amateur Radio. Join me as we trace the journey from illegal 70s CB radios to bouncing digital signals off geostationary satellites over Central Africa. We’ll explore why mastering the learning curve and buying thousands of pounds of gear is always more appealing to me than actually talking to the bloke on the other end of the microphone.
Get Involved: What is your version of the "dusty camera"? What hobby did you spend a fortune on, only to realize you enjoyed the learning and the shopping more than the actual activity? Confess your expensive, unused mistakes to me at: the.squirrel@btinternet.com
