Akeisha, our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Development Lead, is interviewing Black staff members and people we support to learn more about their culture, heritage, traditions and lives.
In this episode I speak with Tunde, a Support Worker and EDI Champion based in Warwickshire. He discusses his roots and culture as a Nigerian, Yoruba man, and how his experiences living amongst different tribes and in different countries have made him passionate about inclusivity for all.
