    2025/11/17

We’ve got something special for you this week. We’re joined by one of the most talked-about cinematographers on the planet right now, the man behind Ren’s huge, era-defining music videos: Samuel Perry-Falvey.

Sam’s been with Ren since the very beginning, helping craft the visuals for “Hi Ren”, “Money Game” 1, 2 and 3, “Illest of Our Time” and plenty more. This week, we dig into Sam’s story, how these art-like videos are made, and what it’s like having millions of eyes on your work.

Alex Whiteley is joined by guest co-host Timmy Whiteley (and every firework in Bristol that night). While Alex talks through Sam’s career, Timmy brings questions straight from Ren’s Rabbit Hole Fans group on Facebook.

If you’ve never watched Sam and Ren’s work on YouTube, do yourself a favour and check it out. The music is changing lives, and the visuals tell the story in a way only Sam can.

And please support Sam by visiting his website and sending some positivity his way. He’s a good guy who truly deserves it.
