After surviving a rare, life-threatening illness that led to multi-organ failure, speaker, energy healer and meditation teacher Monica Rao had a near-death experience that fundamentally changed how she understands consciousness, intuition and the nature of reality.

Monica describes experiencing unconditional love, profound connection and a reality where time, distance and separation no longer existed. Returning to her body became the beginning of another journey: living from the heart and trusting an inner wisdom that is available to everyone.

Monica Rao is a speaker, transformative energy healer, meditation coach, spiritual life coach and artist whose work bridges healing, consciousness and personal transformation.

Originally trained in Mumbai, India, Monica has practiced meditation for more than three decades. Following a life-changing near-death experience in 2010, she dedicated her life to helping individuals, leaders and organizations navigate stress, burnout, chronic illness and personal transformation through a deeper connection to intuition, energy awareness and the mind-body-spirit connection.

She holds degrees in Commercial and Graphic Art and a Master of Science in Leadership from Central Michigan University. Monica is also the founder of Graphoria, where she channels healing energy through abstract art.
