A month of Stepping into Intuitively aligned New Beginnings

August is a Universal 8 Month that carries the vibration of the number 8, a powerhouse of courage, abundance, and personal power, all within the bigger story of a Universal 9 Year. This month continues to expose abuses of power in the world but also encourages each of us to step into our strength, set boundaries, and dream bigger. It’s a time to take control of your own direction while releasing old patterns that no longer serve.

In this heartfelt episode, we dive deep into the many faces of grief. From the passing of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or even the quiet mourning of a version of ourselves we’ve outgrown.

Grief can feel overwhelming and isolating, but it’s also a sacred part of the human experience. When we allow ourselves to feel it fully and honour it, healing begins and the pain can eventually soften into peace.

In this conversation, Rose and Janine explore how to carry the love and the light of what we’ve lost into the life we’re still living.

In this episode, they also answer three powerful listener questions:

1. Early Grief as a 'Normal': What happens when grief begins in childhood and becomes the emotional baseline? How do we recognise it and move forward from it?

2. Grief & Numerology: How your Life Path number in numerology might reflect how you process and navigate grief.

A Month of Revelation, Inner Truth & Global Change

10th July – Full Moon in Capricorn - highlighting endings and completions.

It’s a time to shine, but also to ground yourself—because intensity is still building.
