Politics: A buzzword everyone seems to run away from. No one wants to talk politics. And can you blame them? Things have gotten so extreme that it’s hard to get into a political discussion without it turning into an argument. And there is one major culprit to blame for this extreme attitude: the two- party system. The major two parties have created an environment so extreme that if you belong to one, you almost automatically need to hate anything said or done by a member of the other party. That is not only ridiculous, but an attitude we need to change. Here I aim to talk about politics going beyond the rhetoric of the two-party system. To discuss issues, events and candidates not as a Republican or a Democrat, but as a citizen who wants to work towards a better future for this country. Please join me as we try to discuss a form of politics that goes beyond the parties. and focuses on the truth, and the people.
