Isaac is a medical-device innovator, entrepreneur, and the CEO & founder of Zida Therapeutics. He developed the Zida Control Sock, a wearable neuromodulation device intended to empower people living with urinary incontinence or overactive bladder to manage symptoms without relying solely on clinical or pharmacalogical treatments.
Isaac’s passion for pelvic health comes from a deeply personal place. As he traced his family history, he learned his grandfather—who escaped Nazi Germany—struggled later in life with bladder control. That personal narrative sparked Isaac’s mission: to create effective, noninvasive tools that can restore dignity and ease to the lives of those dealing with pelvic or bladder conditions.
Under his leadership, Zida has secured FDA clearance for the Control Sock, and in early clinical use the device demonstrated ~80% “treatment success,” with meaningful reductions in urge incontinence and urinary frequency.
Academically, Isaac holds a Master’s in Technology Management, and professionally he’s navigated the intersection of wearables, medical product development, and health tech start-ups. He’s driven by the conviction that neuromodulation therapies should extend beyond clinic walls and into everyday life.
Outside of his work with Zida, Isaac loves to spend time with his kids.

Dr. Rosensweet graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School in 1968. Since 1971, he has been in private medical practice, with offices in Florida, New Mexico, California, and Colorado.
