    In this short episode, Alex reflects on the past year — from launching the long-awaited Faithful Fitness Devotional and the Faithful Fitness App, to stepping away for a season of grief after losing his brother.

    Through it all, the mission of Faithful Fitness has continued to grow. Across the country people are reading the devotional together, participating in challenges inside the app, forming local run groups, and rediscovering what it means to steward their bodies as an act of worship.
