    How:

    1. Ensure all conditions for a fast exchange are met, right at the start of the process for every seller and buyer. Decline anyone who doesn’t qualify.

    2. Eradicate all talk of house prices. Your job is to facilitate an individual market for each property, and let the market do its thing. Don’t interfere.

    3. Stick to the process, remain transparent with everyone at all times. Trust breeds transactions.



    Once you have the results to prove you can deliver almost every time, no one can compete, no one can argue with your results. You can pick and choose your clients until your capacity is met.
