Decided to take a look at the best Premier League XI without any players from the top 6 teams. Since the 2016/17 season, the top 6 league positions have been filled by Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur so any players who have represented these clubs have not been selected. Conforming with fantasy football rules, I have limited the number of players allowed from each club to three, so the team is as follows:
GK: Nick Pope - Burnley
RB: Ricardo Pereira - Leicester
CB: James Tarkowski - Burnley
CB: Willy Boly - Wolves
LB: Lucas Digne - Everton
CDM: Idrissa Gueye - Everton
CM: Ruben Neves - Wolves
CM: James Maddison - Leicester
RW: Wilfred Zaha - Crystal Palace
ST: Jamie Vardy - Leicester
LW: Richarlison - Everton
